Gluten, Wheat and Dairy Free Smokey BBQ Coating


A crispy crumb coating for fish, chicken or vegetables


To Coat: Dip product in egg wash, roll in coating and shallow fry to seal, oven bake

To Marinade: Mix to a paste with olive oil and rub in to product, refrigerate over night

Ingredients: Maize Flour, Sugar, Cornflour, Salt, Potato Starch, Yeast Extract, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Spices, Rice Flour, Paprika Extract, Herb Extract
