The mix makes six large scones (Sweet or savoury), just add butter and natural yoghurt. * or replace butter with a non dairy margarine and the yoghurt with a non dairy variety or mashed banana or apple sauce. Recipe on the bag.
The scones freeze well too. Bring out and thaw for ‘pack ups’ for work.
